Welcome
Welcome to Borderless Moto Tours.
We believe meaningful journeys begin long before the road does.
Our experiences are thoughtfully designed to help travellers experience destinations through exceptional roads, authentic local cultures, carefully curated experiences and genuine human connections.
Unlike traditional travel companies, Borderless Moto Tours does not offer instant online bookings. Every journey begins with a conversation, followed by a personalised application process that helps ensure each experience is the right fit for both you and the group.
These Terms & Conditions explain the relationship between you and Borderless Moto Tours whenever you visit our website, submit an application, participate in our onboarding process, join one of our journeys, purchase products/services, or interact with us before, during or after your journey.
By using our website, submitting an application, accepting a Journey Confirmation, making payments or participating in one of our experiences, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Borderless Moto Tours is built on a simple belief: Borders are man-made. Adventures are borderless.
We design journeys that prioritise:
- meaningful experiences over sightseeing
- human connections over checklists
- carefully researched roads over tourist routes

6. Our Application Process
Borderless Moto Tours follows a relationship-first approach. Our process generally includes:
- Step 1: Application Submission — You submit your online application through our website.
- Step 2: Application Review — Our team reviews your travel expectations, experience, suitability, health considerations, and group compatibility.
- Step 3: Conversation — We arrange a WhatsApp conversation, telephone call, or video meeting to align mutual expectations.

7. Journey Confirmation
A participant's place is considered confirmed only when the application has been approved, Journey Confirmation has been issued, the required deposit has been received, and Borderless Moto Tours has formally accepted the participant. Until these conditions are met, availability and prices may change, and participation is not guaranteed.
8. Journey Investment
Journey investment varies depending on destination, duration, format, accommodation, vehicle selection, local suppliers, and taxes. Journey investment displayed on the website is subject to change until Journey Confirmation is issued. Once issued, your agreed Journey Investment remains fixed unless you request changes or third-party cost/tax structure changes occur.
9. Payments
Payment schedules consist of an initial deposit and remaining balance. Failure to complete payments within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of Journey Confirmation and release of your place to another applicant.
10. Currency & Taxes
Journey Investment may be quoted in different currencies. Where applicable, prices may exclude GST, TCS, local government taxes, visa fees, bank charges, or foreign exchange fees. These will be clearly communicated before payment.
11. Communication During Onboarding
By accepting your Journey Confirmation, you agree that we may communicate with you via Email, WhatsApp, or Telephone regarding onboarding, travel preparation, safety information, and updates. Service-related communications are essential to delivery and cannot be opted out of while active.
12. Participant Responsibilities
Throughout the journey, participants are expected to:
- Act honestly and respectfully.
- Follow applicable laws and regulations in each destination.
- Respect local customs, traditions and communities.
- Follow reasonable instructions provided by the Borderless Moto Tours hosting team.
- Conduct themselves in a manner that supports the safety and wellbeing of the group.
- Take reasonable care of vehicles, accommodation and equipment.
Borderless Moto Tours reserves the right to remove a participant from a journey where their behaviour creates risks. In such cases, no refund or compensation is payable.
13. Travel Documents
Each participant is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining passports, visas, licenses, permits, and vaccination certificates. While we provide guidance, we do not guarantee the approval of visa or immigration permits. Denied entry costs are the participant's responsibility.
14. Driving & Riding Responsibilities
Participants operating vehicles remain fully responsible for safe and lawful operation. They agree to ride/drive within skill level, comply with local traffic laws, wear required safety gear, and never operate a vehicle under the influence. The hosting team may suggest route adjustments or rest stops if safety demands it.
15. Vehicle Responsibility
Where vehicles are arranged, participants agree to use them responsibly, follow rental providers' terms, and return them in good condition. Fines, penalties, toll violations, damage caused by negligence, and insurance excesses are the participant's responsibility. Borderless is not the owner of rented vehicles.
16. Accommodation & Local Services
We carefully select accommodation and local partners. However, availability and conditions may require substitutions of similar standards. Such substitutions do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
17. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for every participant. It must cover medical treatment, hospitalisation, emergency evacuation, personal accident/liability, trip cancellation, and motorcycle/vehicle activities. We may request proof of insurance before departure.
18. Health & Medical Information
Participants must inform us of any medical condition, allergy, or physical limitation that affects safety. We process this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to decline participation where undisclosed health conditions create unacceptable risks.
19. Safety
Participant safety is our highest operational priority. However, road travel involves unpredictable elements (weather, unpaved roads, wildlife, mechanical issues, remote facilities). Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the hosting team.
20. Adventure Travel Acknowledgement
Adventure travel involves a degree of uncertainty. Changes to schedules, routes, or lodgings are part of the authentic nature of curated overland travel. We will act reasonably to minimize disruption while preserving safety and journey quality.
21. Journey Changes
Our itineraries are flexible. We may modify routes, accommodation, activities, or schedules due to weather, road conditions, participant wellbeing, or safety. These changes do not constitute a breach of terms.
22. Withdrawing from a Confirmed Journey
If you withdraw, you must notify us in writing. Withdrawals incur charges based on timing, unrecoverable supplier commitments (lodging, vehicles, permits, admin). Deposits are generally non-refundable. For complete details, see our Payment & Cancellation Policy.
23. Changes or Cancellation by Borderless Moto Tours
If we cancel or postpone a journey before departure (due to low participant numbers, safety concerns, political unrest, border closures, natural disasters), we will offer a transfer, travel credit, or a refund less any non-recoverable supplier costs. We are not responsible for flight or personal expenses booked separately.
24. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay, cancellation, or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, war, epidemics, government orders, strikes, airline disruptions). We will work in good faith to find fair alternatives.
25. Emergencies
In emergencies, you authorise us to contact emergency contacts, coordinate medical providers, assist transport, and share medical data. Participants are responsible for medical or evacuation costs not covered by insurance.
26. Privacy & Personal Information
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy to review applications, onboarding, prep, and legal compliance. In case of inconsistencies, the Privacy Policy prevails.
27. Communications
By applying, you consent to receive service-related communications (updates, reminders, preparation, itineraries) via Email, WhatsApp, or Telephone. Marketing communications are separate and can be opted out of at any time.
28. Website Use
By using the website, you agree not to use it unlawfully, interfere with functionality, upload malicious software, or misuse forms. We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is identified.
29. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information current. However, details, routes, prices, and availability remain indicative until Journey Confirmation is issued.
31. Third-Party Services
We work with third-party providers (hosting, payment gateways, vehicle rental, accommodations). We are not responsible for the independent acts of these providers.
32. Photography, Video & Storytelling
We document journeys through photography and video for storytelling and marketing (website, social media, journal). If you prefer not to appear, please notify us in writing before departure.
33. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property (written content, logos, website design, route research, maps, photographs, journal content) remains our exclusive property. Reproduction or commercial exploitation is prohibited without written permission.
34. Respect for Local Communities
Participants agree to behave courteously, protect the environment, minimize waste, and respect local customs. Disruptive or harmful behaviour may result in removal from the journey without refund.
35. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borderless shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from journeys, website use, or delays. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid directly to us for the journey, except where liability cannot legally be excluded (death, injury from negligence, fraud).
36. Indemnity
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Borderless Moto Tours, directors, employees, and representatives against claims or losses arising from breaches of terms, negligence, misuse of vehicles, or violations of laws.
37. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
38. Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussions. If unresolved, mediation may be utilized before legal proceedings are commenced, where appropriate.
39. Changes to These Terms
We may update terms to reflect operations or regulations. The current version is on the website. For confirmed participants, the version active at Journey Confirmation applies unless changes are legally mandated.
40. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
41. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Journey Confirmation constitute the entire agreement. No verbal statements or promotional materials override these terms unless confirmed in writing.
